At current, in Punjab  Pakistan, the record of land of various Mouzas/villages have been computerized. After computerization, the record of land of these  villages is being maintained by concerned Land Record Centers/ Arazi Record Centers. 


However, still are some Mouzas/Villages, the land record of which have not been computerized yet, so their record is being maintained by  concerned Patwari, Tehsildar offices etc. 


If your land/property is situated in that Mouza, the land record of which has been computerized and your  ownership is also reflecting in computerized record, you will be required to approach the concerned Arazi Record Centre for any purpose like issuance of FARD, entry or attestation of mutation/ Inteqal  for selling, mortgage or any other purpose.   


However, if your land/property is situated in that Mouza, the land record of which has not been computerized yet and  record of this Mouza is still being maintained by Patwari or Tehsildar office concerned, you will be required to approach to Patwari  and/or Tehsildar Office concerned for any purpose like issuance of FARD, entry or attestation of mutation/ Inteqal  any other purpose.


How to check online if Mouza is computerized? 

To check online that any Mouza in Punjab has been computerized or not, you are required to visit the following website:- 

https://onlinefard.punjab-zameen.gov.pk/Client/RegisterNic 


You must have to login in the website for checking about computerized Mouza or non computerized Mouza. 


If you already have an account, just login otherwise, create an account and get yourself registered in website and then login. 

After logging in, just fill the required columns like name of District, Tehsil, Type of Identity, your CNIC number or name or parent name, and then click on "Search" Button. 


After clicking the search button, if the system does not start searching and a message  "Selected village is not computerized yet" appears, then the Mouza being searched has not been computerized.  Following is the Screen short,  showing message "Selected village is not computerized yet."

However, after clicking search button, if system starts searching and  finds your name or any other name being searched, then you can say that Mouza is computerized.  If your name or the name of other person being searched does not appear but initially system started searching for such name, still you can say the Mouza has been computerized. Not displaying of your name in computerized record, may be due to many reasons. Following is the Screen short,  showing results of name of person searched,  which is existing in computerized record.
