In said photo, following 08 options are displaying (1) District (2) Tehsil (3) Mouza (4) Purpose (5) Identity Type (6) CNIC (7) Name (8) Parent Name.
For which area you want to get land record? Select the required District, Tehsil and Mouza.
Under the option of “Purpose” the word (ذاتی ریکارڈ) is written and no other word/ purpose can be selected, which means that you can get FARD online for only personal record and no other purpose like to sell or to gift your property to someone. For other purposes like to sell your property, you will be required to personally visit the Arazi Record Centre for issuance of
Although, there are many options through which you can find property record like through CNIC number, NICOP, POC number or passport number, name, father name etc. but don’t put CNIC number and name and parents name together because it may not show the complete and accurate results.
Searching Techniques for land record search by name
Although you can try to search land record by CNIC number but despite of having record, it may not show you for the reason that system may not have CNIC number of that particular owner in its record. So, don’t rely only on CNIC number.
Search Land Record by name
Suppose, your name is “ملک عبد الرحمٰن” and you are going to search your own record. Don’t put any other information like your CNIC number, father name etc. Put only your name.
Following are 06 techniques to search for online punjab land record
First Technique
Put your (owner) complete name (ملک عبد الرحمٰن) under the column of “Name” and click on search
(If no record is found or you think that the record shown is not complete or accurate, you may go to second technique)
Second Technique
Shorten your name from ملک عبد الرحمٰن to عبد الرحمٰن and click on search.
(If no record is found or you think that the record shown is not complete or accurate, you may go to third technique)
Third Technique
Further shorten your name from عبد الرحمٰن to رحمٰن and click on search.
(If no record is found or you think that the record shown is not complete or accurate, you may go to fourth technique )
Fourth Technique
Change name pattern from رحمٰن to رحمن because system may have your name without “Khari Zabar” as عبد الرحمن. Click on search.
(If no record is found or you think that the record shown is not complete or accurate, you may go to fifth technique )
Fifth Technique
Further change name pattern from رحمن to رحمان because system may have your name as عبد الرحمان or ملک عبد الرحمان . Click on search.
(If no record is found or you think that the record shown is not complete or accurate, you may go to sixth technique )
Sixth Technique
Sixth technique to search land record is to search by parent name. But when searching by parent name, don’t put any other information like your name or your CNIC number. Just put your parent name i.e mother name or father name.
When results are shown, you can go through the results and match the name, father name, caste and CNIC number (if shown). You can also get online FARD of the property by paying prescribed fee. That’s it.
